State Parks
Northeastern Oklahoma is called Green
Country. Rolling hills and lots of lakes and trees. Where the velvety foothills
of the Ozarks smooth into golden prairie, the breeze carries the notes of
Cherokee flutes and Art Deco palaces built by oil barons rise out of the plain.
Wild horses run here and buffalo roam.
